The épure d’Art line pays homage to Nature, something so dear to Boucheron. True artistic talent is required to emulate Nature, this free and living benefactress! Épure d’Art does honor to the philosophy of time and life as conceived by Frédéric Boucheron. This jeweler’s symbolism of time, making every moment something unique, is represented in this art collection.

Technical Specificities
Each piece leverages the artistic craft to achieve an extreme fineness and finish within the constraints of watchmaking.
- Technique from a compact powder mirror also called “mirror finish”, which increases the light tenfold, illuminating the inset motifs.
- Contemporary use of hematite which sublimates the sparkle of the diamonds
- Three-dimensional sculpting within 1.7 mm (space between the watch face and the hands)

EPURE JE PENSE à TOI
Epure Je pense à toi is a complex masterpiece with fabulous openwork.
On a polished hematite face, a white gold pansy unfurls six snow-set, diamond paved petals. At the center, six close-set diamond pistils are set off by ultrafine gold beading and show extremely fine openwork. In this tiniest of spaces, more than 250 diamonds make the flower truly blossom.
What could be more symbolic than this flower?
The pansy is a token of love and fidelity, as well as a symbol of desire. Frédéric Boucheron was well aware of this, as can be seen in the necklaces, brooches and tiaras that he created in honor of this flower. Before each of his many journeys, he would send his wife, Gabrielle, a bouquet of pansies accompanied by a note declaring “Je pense à toi”. This token of affection was thus a permanent reminder of the joyful moments that they had spent and would go on to spend together.
