Description

The C1 QuantumGravity is presented in a 48.5 mm titanium and 18K white gold case, standing 22 mm tall. A rubber-coated titanium protective ring, fixed laterally by self-blocking screws is enhanced by seven decorative elements straddling the bezel. These bastions protect 5 spectaculars sapphire crystals, which literally emerge from the case. The structural, skeletized and three-dimensional dial displays various subdials and time measurement indications, superimposed to create a sense of perfectly mastered space. This timepiece holds a mechanical, hand-wound movement, Concord Caliber C104, with a vertical 3-day power reserve indicated via a mobile glass column filled with a liquid featuring green phosphorescent nanoparticles. The seconds are displayed on an external vertical wheel, while the bi-axial tourbillon is fitted outside the movement and case, but connected to the rest of the mechanism by a horizontal pinion and held in place by cable-stayed bridges. This spectacular time-keeper is presented on a black rubber strap with an 18K white gold folding clasp and is waterresistant to a pressure of 3 ATM.
