Carrera H01 Redbull Racing

The Heuer 01 chronograph who was symbolically christened Heuer 01 in honour of Edouard Heuer, founder of the swiss watch brand, is today presented in an Red Bull Racing Special Edition, TAG Heuer being Official Timekeeper of the Formula 1 Team. This steel manufacture chronograph is dominated by midnight blue and red, the team’s colors. Equipped with a leather strap, who has been designed to resemble a racing car seat, reinforces the sportiness of the model.

With its bold 45 mm diameter, this steel chronograph bears the team's colours, midnight blue and red, a combination which naturally suggests a racing spirit. Thanks to the bezel sporting a tachymeter scale in blue ceramic, this piece perfectly reflects the DNA of the TAG Heuer Carrera collection. This sporty watch has a highly contemporary design. Its blue skeleton dial and sapphire case-back, bearing the Red Bull Racing Team’s logo, invites you to admire the stunning mechanism of the Heuer-01 Manufacture Chronograph.

The movement is the TAG Heuer caliber Heuer 01, which is an in-house manufacture automatic chronograph with date. The dial is blue, skeletonized, with 3 counters. The numerals indexes are rhodium plated with alternate finishing. Furthermore, the hour and minute hands are rhodium plated with alternate finishing and white superluminova®. The case is 45 mm in diameter and made out of black PVD brushed steel, equipped with a fixed ceramic blue tachymeter bezel and a domed sapphire crystal, with double anti-reflective treatment. The chronograph has a water resistance of 100 meters. Lastly it is adorned with a blue calf skin rubber / leather strap, closed by a folding clasp.
