DM02 Royal Blue

The DM02 is a time-only Swiss-made watch designed for excellent readability with big Arabic numbers that follow the organic circular geometry of the case. Compound curves define the profile that extends from the sapphire crystal to the case back, unto the lyre lugs and beyond the dial. 

The dial features a two-piece construction with a lacquered guilloche concentric circles pattern at the center and periphery and a brushed finish at the numerals and minute track. All printing is stamped several times using traditional printing pads to give a three-dimensional effect.  The dial features an intense royal blue color that ranges from dark to bright tones depending on the lightning conditions. The white-lacquered long leaf hands complement the design and enhance easy time telling.

With 39 mm in diameter, 9.5 mm in height including the front and back sapphire crystals, and a lug-to-lug distance of 46 mm, the DM02 wears incredibly well on the majority of wrist sizes- it has a strong, yet refined presence on the wrist. The triple-gasket crown assembly provides 100 meters of water resistance.

The exhibition case back, showcases the SW210-1 hand-wound movement with a refined finish. The DM02 comes with a matte blue alligator strap and stainless-steel signed pin buckle that also follows the curvature and organic nature of the watch. 

The DM02 was designed by California-based architect Carlo Aiello, whose studio is the recipient of the Red Dot Award and the Good Design Award.
