Franck Muller X Bwd Crazy Hours Arctic Snoopy Limited-Edition

Upstart watch creator Bamford Watch Department teams up once again with the great disruptor Franck Muller and PEANUTS(TM) to create a 45-piece limited-edition.

We’re absolutely thrilled to introduce the new Franck Muller x BWD Crazy Hours Arctic Snoopy Limited-Edition, the second time the two watch companies have come together with PEANUTS to create a unique, stylish and super-memorable high-end mechanical wristwatch. And as ever, we couldn’t be more proud and excited to work with PEANUTS to feature their globally beloved character, Snoopy.

The new watch is based on Franck Muller’s iconic Crazy Hours, which shows the hours scattered around the lacquered full-luminous dial, breaking the conventional linear 1 to 12 format used by watchmakers since time immemorial. Snoopy sits centre stage and his arms become the hour and minute hands, the hour hand jumping to the correct hour as it arrives in a “crazy” fashion. Alongside Snoopy is his trusty best friend, Woodstock, who perches on the 3 and 4 (in the 5 and 10 o’clock positions).

Franck Muller’s ingenious automatic mechanical movement sits inside the equally iconic Cintrée Curvex case, which this time is cast in lightweight titanium and coated in white PVD. It measures a slender 39.6mm across, making it slightly smaller and more unisex than the black Snoopy watch created by Bamford and Franck Muller in 2021. It’s fitted on a white hand-sewn nylon strap with a titanium buckle and presented in a Swiss-made, igloo-inspired case in the shape of Snoopy’s kennel, coloured white with black trim. Only 45 will be made.
