Description

Inspired by the collectible self-winding 1946 Calendomatic® with full calendar display, Movado introduced the  Red Label™ Museum Calendomatic™ Strap, a watch uniting the simplicity of the Museum® dial with a unique animated date display, at Basel in 2008. A bracelet model was added to the collection in 2009. Now Movado proudly introduces two new 42mm Calendomatic strap models featuring rotating colored date disc displays. Presented on a black alligator strap, the first features a solid stainless steel case and a black dial with a striking red Arabic date disc contrasted by a rhodium-plated concave dot and dauphine hands. The second model comes on a on a rich brown alligator strap. Its stainless steel case is accented by a pink gold-plated crown, and its black dial is detailed by warm pink gold-toned dot, hands and rotating Arabic date disc. Both dials have subtle red lettering, a signature Red Label mechanical collection detail. Each of these visually arresting timepieces is powered by a fine Swiss automatic movement with signature red “M” rotor, visible through a sapphire crystal exhibition case-back. Both are water resistant to 3 ATM.
