Over the past five centuries of horology history, the expression of time consisted of either three hands or two.
 
1. Innovation in the expression of time
 
This single hand wristwatch makes a breakthrough in traditional time expression and horology design by accomplishing time reading through only one single hand. The simultaneous indication of both the hour and the minutes by the two ends of the single hand initiates a brand new methodology of time expression.
 
2. Innovation in technique
 
Using a unique gear ratio, this watch performs an asynchronous following technique between the hand and the rotary hour dial. The centered hour dial completes a 330-degree-rotation as the watch hand rotates a perfect circle(360 degree), making it possible to indicate minutes and hour by the fine end and the blunt end of one single hand respectively.
 
3. Innovation in visual impression
 
The unique approach of time expression brings more simplicity and explicitness to the presentation of time on the dial as well as more precision and sharpness to time reading.
 
This particular watch has already obtained a patent of utility and a patent of design. It has also applied for a patent of invention which is now under substantive examination.
