Type 3

The display system is bathed in an oil-type fluid that eliminates the refraction of the light projecting the image onto the glass and is hermetically separated from the mechanical movement connected via a magnetic transmission. Time is displayed by revolving co-planar convex discs. A Faraday cage protects the movement. Type 3 is an automatic wristwatch.  The complete back rotates and replaces the crown. A gravitational gearing system allows selecting between winding or adjusting time.  The watch consist of 407 components.
