Volta

Coming from the timeless phrase “C'era una volta” (“Once upon a time”), VOLTA evokes this mysterious feminine duality in a glamorous and sophisticated timepiece. Bertolucci went to explore the atypical ways of asymmetrical architecture to equip VOLTA with two different movements, each displaying both hours and minutes, allowing the simultaneous display of two time zones on separate sub-dials.

Beautiful in its elegant and suggestive shapes, VOLTA inspires the finest night of a Mediterranean evening where jewelled watchmaking takes place. It is the perfect combination between the Italian Riviera, a provider of ceaseless inspiration, and Switzerland, the technical expert. The soft bezel ring, diamonds set, with asymmetrical attaches, protects a dial which is reminiscent of the wave's flow washing its diamond-like foam onto its shores of opalin. Inspired by the mysterious alliance of the Latin women's sensuality and elegance, VOLTA will seduce all female adventurers demonstrating their femininity as they desire.

Asymmetrical Mediterranean architecture : 2 set waves in a ring enhanced with diamonds and assembled on 4 swaying lugs, each one with its own silhouette (total of 169 diamonds with FGH colour and VVS clarity – 1.30 carat) Dual display of hours & minutes on two separate sub-dials, one placed at 10 o'clock playing with original applied indexes pointing to its centre; the other placed at 4 o'clock where four metallic Arabic numerals shine on mother-of-pearl circled with by a metallic ring Comfort and functionality for everyday luxury: basin-shaped case, with 42 mm diameter and 8.85 mm thickness, in stainless steel, water-resistant to 30 meters – 100 feet (3 ATM)

Simultaneous display of two time zones, each driven by its own Swiss quartz movement (calibres ETA 51/2 x 63/4 976.001 & 47/8 E01.701), whereby the time is set by the crown for one and for the other by a corrector on the case back
